“Keeping people indoors for a continuous period was a huge task.”

No one was prepared for this pandemic. It happened all of a sudden as it was vigorously spreading and we had no time to think, all we knew was that we had to do something to prevent it and the first thing that flashed was “social distancing.” Imagine your life all is well; you’re hustling and boom! You are asked to stay home, stay safe, what a state of confusion and panic. All the active cities were on a complete lockdown, the roads were silent, the streets were empty and nature began to blossom like ever before. Humans found it hard to obey the strict order of stay home stay safe and it was a challenging task to make sure that everyone followed the protocol.

“Migrant crisis was a huge challenge for us.”

Public transport went off the roads, buses and trains stopped, and industries shut down. Migrants went without food, shelter, and income. Lost, confused and worried about what the future held for them. The migrants soon began to make their way home on foot. Looking at the helpless situation of these migrants the central government began to arrange transport for them.

“With pride I say: I’m a practitioner of upholding women’s rights and giving them opportunities wherever it is viable.”
